The rules for using our machines and services.
Using the machines
Follow the care label on your clothes. Don't wash items soaked in oil, fuel or paint. Children must stay with an adult.
Refunds
If a machine fails after you pay, ring (03) 5550 3482. We restart it remotely or credit your payment back.
Wash & fold and pickup
We weigh orders at the shop and confirm the price before delivery. Check pockets before you drop off.
Rewards and credit
Offers are set by the store and can change. Paid credit can be refunded on request. Bonus credit can't.
Lost property
We keep items left behind for 14 days. Ask the attendant or ring us.
