What we collect
Your name, email and phone number when you send a message or book a pickup, and your address for pickups. Card payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To reply to you, collect and deliver your washing, and run rewards and credit. We don't sell your details.
Cameras
Cameras cover the shop floor for safety. Footage is kept for 30 days unless police ask for it.
