Questions about rewards
Do I need to sign up?
No. Rewards start the first time you pay by card or phone. Sign in to My Account to see them.
Do coin payments count?
No. Rewards and credit only work with card, phone and kiosk payments.
Can I get a refund on credit?
Credit you paid for can be refunded. Bonus credit can't. Ring (03) 5550 3482 to ask.
I paid with my phone and my card. Do they add up?
Each card or phone earns separately. Pay the same way each time to reach your free wash sooner.
